Return Conditions

All products that meet the return conditions must be returned within 14 business days from the date of receiving the cargo;

''You can give your package to Mng Cargo with your invoice by stating that the recipient is COTTON HALI TEKSTİL SAN. TİC. LTD. ŞTİ with your order number 629667451.''

If the product is different from the information provided on the product page, damaged or missing, you can return it without paying any shipping fee with the contracted cargo company Mng Cargo. You can send your Free Return code to Mng Cargo within 14 business days from the date the products are delivered to you, using the "Create Return Request" button on your return requests page. Returns sent with a different cargo company and paid by the recipient will not be accepted.

 

Used products with damaged packaging will not be accepted. For orders for which an invoice is issued in the name of the company, a return invoice must be issued by the company when making a return transaction. Shipments for which a return invoice is not issued will not be accepted. Returns will not be accepted for products that are custom cut, sized or sewn. Shipments with damaged packaging must be returned with a report drawn up by the cargo officer before being accepted.

Your product will be checked within 10 business days after it reaches our company and if it complies with the return conditions, your refund will be made.

Warranty Conditions

The product you purchased is under company warranty, and in case of product failure in the future, you must contact the brand directly. You must keep the Warranty Certificate and invoice. The warranty certificate is on the box for some products and inside the box for some products. In case of loss of the warranty certificate, the relevant brand will not send an additional warranty certificate. You can obtain the lost invoice by contacting customer services via e-mail or phone from our company. If the product you received is faulty during the first use, you must contact the customer services of the brand of the product you purchased, learn the information of the nearest authorized service, and send it back to us with Mng Cargo together with the "SERVICE RETURN / EXCHANGE REPORT" to be prepared by the brand's service. Otherwise, the cargo will not be accepted and the product will be sent back to you. Product shipments must be made with the contracted Mng Cargo.

What is the right of withdrawal?

Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 (“Law”), buyers have the right to return products without giving a reason and “without paying shipping costs” within 14 days from the date of delivery, using their right of withdrawal. Every institution must implement the law.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal?

In order for the buyer to exercise his/her right of withdrawal, he/she must notify the seller that he/she wants to return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery. The seller is obliged to take the product back within 10 (ten) days at the latest after receiving the buyer's request and pay the product price and return shipping fee without any cost to the buyer. When the product is returned to the seller, the original invoice presented to the buyer during delivery must also be returned. If the invoice has a return description section, this section must be filled in and the invoice must be signed by the buyer and delivered with the product. The Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 entered into force on 28.05.2014. The Consumer Protection Law No. 4077 applies to products purchased before 28.05.2014. According to this law, buyers have the right to return the products without giving a reason and "without paying shipping fee" by exercising their right of withdrawal within 7 days from the date of delivery. The valid period for return requests outside the right of withdrawal period is 30 days.

How to Use the Right of Withdrawal and Return Process for Electronic Products?

In order for electronic products to be returned within the scope of the “Right of Withdrawal”, the original box of the purchased product must be undamaged, the invoice and all complementary accessories must be sent with the product. If not sent, the return request will be rejected. For products installed by the service, if the box is opened outside the service or the installation is done outside the service, no return will be accepted. For return requests between 14 and 6 months outside the Right of Withdrawal, the product must be sent to the technical service and the service must have made a return decision. In product returns within the scope of the right of withdrawal, the return shipping fee belongs to the sellers. Even if buyers return the products for personal reasons, buyers have the right to return the products without paying the shipping fee.
